"Refreshing coming and we need to expect the
Lord to do a new thing." My sister gave me this word last week. The Father is so faithful! The word came last week but it for this week!
Some of you may be feeling weary
or just restless waiting on the Lord. I say to you keep waiting and do not grow
weary in doing good! (Galatians 6:9) Keep running your race. Hebrews 10:36 reads “For you have need of endurance, so that
when you have done the will of the God you may receive what is promised.” I often pray for the gift of endurance. Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trail, for when
he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised
to those who love Him. (James 1:12)
Receive a second wind! Stand and fight against temptation!
Stand and fight against fear! Stand and fight against your own selfish desires!
Stand and fight for the will of the Lord! The Race is not to the swift or the battle to strong, nor
does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned;
but time and chance happens to them all. (Ecclesiastes 9:11)
Life happens!!! Time and chance happens to all
people. As long as we are on this earth and living in the flesh, everyday will
not be perfect. The only perfect thing we can rely on is Jesus Christ. We must
know our current suffering is not worth comparing with the glory that will be
revealed in us.(Romans 8:18)
Hold on and receive a second wind! I pray you will be filled with the knowledge
of the Father’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may
walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work
and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according
to His glorious power, for all patience and long-suffering with joy . (Colossians
1:9-11)
